Return Policy

This Return Policy sets out the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for office activity plans and related services purchased from Enerflushing through enerflushing.ddd. Because our products include bespoke planning materials and scheduled facilitation services, this policy differs from standard physical goods return policies. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all activity packages and programmes offered by Enerflushing, including the Essential Office Activity Plan, Team Engagement Programme, Enterprise Wellness Calendar, Movement Lab Sessions, Team Challenge Series, Mindful Break Workshops, and any custom proposals issued by our team.

2. Nature of Our Products

Our products consist primarily of digital activity calendars, printed or downloadable materials, consultancy time, and on-site or virtual facilitated sessions. Once custom calendars and materials have been delivered or sessions have commenced, the service is considered partially or fully consumed. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the delivery stage at the time of your cancellation request.

3. Cooling-Off Period for Business Customers

Where you purchase services online as a consumer acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, you may have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless services have begun with your express agreement. Business-to-business purchases are generally not subject to mandatory cooling-off rights, though we offer fair cancellation terms as described below.

4. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel your order in writing to hello@enerflushing.world before we begin preparing your bespoke activity calendar or scheduling facilitators, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid, processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests received after preparation has begun but before any facilitated session has taken place may qualify for a partial refund. We will deduct reasonable costs for work completed, including consultation time, calendar design, and materials already produced.

5. Cancellation After Delivery or Session Commencement

Once your activity calendar and programme materials have been delivered, refunds are not available for the digital and planning components of your package. For packages including facilitated sessions, unused sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion if cancellation is requested at least fourteen days before the scheduled session date and no preparatory work specific to that session has been undertaken.

If Enerflushing cancels a session due to facilitator illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling at no additional charge or provide a credit for the affected session value.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule facilitated sessions without penalty if written notice is received at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time. Requests received with less than forty-eight hours notice may incur an administrative fee of up to twenty-five percent of the session value. Repeated late rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the affected session.

7. Package Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade from the Essential Office Activity Plan to the Team Engagement Programme or Enterprise Wellness Calendar at any time during an active programme by paying the price difference. Downgrades are not available once delivery has commenced, but you may purchase a new package for a future programme period.

8. Service Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our office activity planning services, contact us within seven days of the relevant delivery or session with specific details. Enerflushing will investigate promptly and may offer additional support sessions, revised materials, or partial credit at our reasonable discretion. This remedy is without prejudice to your statutory rights where applicable.

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable once provided: completed bespoke activity calendars, downloadable resource packs, facilitator travel expenses already incurred, third-party venue bookings made on your behalf, and add-on challenge kits that have been shipped or digitally delivered.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly at hello@enerflushing.world before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks so we can resolve concerns efficiently. Unfounded chargebacks for services delivered in accordance with your order may result in suspension of future bookings.

11. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Submit cancellation or refund requests by email to hello@enerflushing.world with your order reference, company name, package purchased, and reason for the request. Include the name and contact details of the authorised representative. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide a decision within ten business days.

12. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
